Scope of the policy Deep Sea Agency Policy has several fundamental principles and values that it believes are the basis for sound and fair business practice, and as such it is important to uphold. One of these principles is a zero-tolerance attitude regarding corruption, wherever and in what form it can be confronted. This document aims to build on our ethics policy and clarify the standards and principles required to ensure compliance with legal requirements within the Saudi in which operates and its subsidiaries.

Deep Sea Agency prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms. This includes:

• Giving or offering gifts, payments, or other benefits to government officials to influence a decision.
• Accepting gifts, payments, or other benefits from government officials in exchange for favorable treatment.
• Engaging in any other activity that could be perceived as bribery or corruption.

Deep Sea Agency takes its legal obligations in this area very seriously. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
